Our Staff Members
Our staff members have received training on COVID-19 preventative measures, protocols and additional hygiene resources. All staff members are provided with personal protective equipment (PPE).
Check-In
All visitors and guests are required to wear a facemask, get their hands sanitised, undergo a temperature check and complete a health questionnaire when checking in.
Safety
Staff members, visitors and guests are required to wear a mask at all times except when in room or eating and drinking in the dining area where seating is spread out to 1.5m to ensure that social distancing is maintained.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
Our cleaning and disinfecting products are effective against viruses and are easily accessible to all staff members and guests in all rooms and public areas.
Travelling to South Africa?
All travellers are requested by President Cyril Ramaphosa to download the government’s contact tracing alert app for the duration of their stay in South Africa.
